There should be an emoji for Canadians for “elbows up”

Apple does not create the emojis. They are standardized by the Unicode Consortium so they are the same no matter what device a person is using. If each manufacturer used their own emojis, you could send a thumbs up emoji on one device and it could show as a thumbs down on another. Here is a link to the Unicode Consortium for submitting emoji requests.
Don’t like the angry face like the smiley one but needs some red and white!

The standard emojis that are available on all device platforms are from the Unicode Consortium where the device manufacturer just adopts the latest standards. The Elbows Up is a Canadian movement that has been circulating on Social Media. Of course you can send a Picture of anything you want, but they are not emojis that you can include in a Text Message. Genmoji is also an option on newer devices to create your own.
