Sharing a numbers document for a colleague to edit

I can export the document in numbers/excel/pdf but in whichever format I send it my colleague can open, but not edit, the chart.

Numbers Export Sheet to PDF broken? Since the last major update I haven't been able to export any Numbers Sheets to PDF, I tap export and nothing happens where it used to save to my Files. am I able to export and convert to excel? If I create a spreadsheet in Numbers, am I able to share it with PC users by exporting it and converting to Excel?

Numbers sharing excel files Why can I no longer share a numbers file, converting it to excel, via email in one step? It used to be easy. Now you need to export it to excel (creating a new copy) then send that file and then I have to delete the copy afterwards too.
