Why can't I edit the login URL in Apple 'Passwords' for imported entries?

Recently I imported a .csv from 1Password to Apple Passwords.

For at least one imported Apple Passwords entry, the URL <Website in Apple Passwords> field entry at the bottom of the "Details" panel for that password was reduced to a base URL, i.e...

from:***

to:.net

Bug 1). The URL is reduce from the lengthy and specific login point to "

Bug 2.) User is unable to edit the URL for the Website field of any existing password entry. - This is terrible design

As an aside, I also tried changing the URL entry within Apple KeyChain Access since there is a access control extending from Apple KeyChain into Apple Passwords. But no that doesn't work either.
