How do I fix spoken content reading 'small black square' and pronouncing 'LV' as '55' when reading notes?

Re: When using spoken content to read my notes it will say small black square on bullet points

and pronounce LV as 55. How do I make it stop that?

1. Go to Settings  > Accessibility > Spoken Content.

• Pronunciations: Dictate or spell out how you want certain phrases to be spoken.
