Card won’t transfer to Apple Wallet
Have had no trouble transferring cards, tickets, but have one that suddenly gets stuck in a loop and won’t transfer. All systems updated, haves tried rebooting the iPhone, no success

What exactly are you trying to do? Why are you trying to transfer a card? The issuer of the card, ticket etc. generally controls the card once in Wallet app. Loyalty cards, if not also acting as a payment method, can be moved from one Wallet to another.
