Why is my card declined when I have money in account?
I have money in my account, but my card says declined. It will not work if I enter it.

That happened to me when recurring subscription payments were declined. The Apple Card security code changes periodically, so if that is your circumstance, check to see if it is the same as the one you have on file for your account.
