Problems removing rewards cards and passes from Apple Wallet

When I double side click to open Apple Wallet, I have old rewards cards and passes that don't show up when I open Wallet under settings, thus, I cannot remove them.

Double clicking does not open the Wallet app and never has. Wallet is a standalone app. It is not inside Settings either. Settings app is where you modify/change settings for the app. You tap the Wallet icon (see image below) to open the app and access your payment methods, loyalty cards, tickets, passes you’ve added.
