Each time I ask Siri via HomePod to remind me of something at a specific time it always responds by saying it added that to my grocery list in the AnyList app rather than announcing the reminder. What is going wrong here and how can I fix it? Please help. Thanks

If it’s not saying ok I set your reminder for Monday.
You can otherwise Reset HomePod mini and set it up again.
There isn’t a way to announce your reminders if you’re looking for it to say your doctor appointment is for 1 pm today. What I do is to set an alarm on HomePod and give it a named label. The alarm will go off at the desired set time and say “doctor alarm” or similar, I can’t recall exactly.
You can ask HomePod if I have any reminders for today.

Thank you! I reset the HomePod and it seems to working ok now. No longer adding to AnyList. Is there a way to get Siri to announce the reminders, via the HomePod intercom, you know, like you can do with Alexa.
