ipad mini spoken content uk siri voice 3 stops reading mid sentence

iPad mini spoken content Siri UK voice 3 stops screen reading mid sentence if I replay the page it will stop reading in the same spot. I have tried multiple things to resolve this issue, I changed the voice multiple times to various other voices both Siri and non Siri options including other UK and US options and none of them stop reading like this. I never had this issue before using this voice. Also I have the same voice on my iPhone and it doesn’t stop reading.

I have restarted the iPad multiple times. I have also deleted and reinstalled UK Siri voice 3 and it still stops reading on the exact same word mid sentence. If I turn the page it will read again and stop half way through another sentence. Also it stops on all dif paragraphs not just the 1st one. Sometime it reads almost the entire page and stops sometimes it turns the page and reads a bit and stops. I def feel like it’s an issue exclusive to the mini. Unfortunately that is the best voice on there that doesn’t sound like a robot.
