Call Recording in Notes No longer can be played

Hi all,

So I just recorded an interview using the phone recording to notes option. Right after the call, I tested it and the audio played, sounded fine, etc. However, I opened notes again and now I can no longer play the audio. It's still showing up, but doesn't play (have restarted all my devices). Opening Notes on my macbook and it can't recognize the "audio recording" attachment, the file isn't shareable. Etc. Any idea what happened/if I can get that audio back?
