Apple prompt won't go away
I can't shut down my laptop computer because this prompt from apple won't go away.

You can either force the iTunes Store to close, or force the Mac to shut down.

Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support (press and hold the power button until the Mac shuts down)
Or, log in to the iTunes Store using your Apple Account (formerly known as your Apple ID).
