hello,I have tried to delete my purchase history on my iPhone and iCloud, but I can’t seem to do it.

I have searched multiple places online for a way to delete it, but it doesn’t seem possible, I just can’t get it to work.Could you please delete it for me?

There are apps I previously had with subscriptions, as well as other apps I purchased a long time ago, but they keep showing up on my iPhone. The apps themselves are deleted, but I want to remove them from my purchase history and subscriptions.

You can Hide apps in your Purchase History, but not delete them:

Hide purchases from the App Store - Apple Support

Subscriptions will remain for about a year and then automatically be removed, there is not a way to hide or delete them before that time.

As explained in the terms of use you agreed to when you signed up, you’re not talking to Apple here. The people responding are Apple users like yourself. That's what this forum is - users reaching out for assistance, assistance being given by other Apple users. So no one here can do anything with your purchases list, perhaps if you contact Apple Support directly.
