when I switched from atnt to verizion I got a new number and my old one showed up there. if you had a old phone with a old number you have to remove it from your account by going to settings then your profile scroll down there's a list of all your devices and if you have old ones press one it and press remove from account.

Thanks for your response but this is not the case here. This is an iPhone 12 mini, relatively new. I have not transferred any sims to this phone only bought e-sims online. All these sims have worked well wherever I have traveled. I am traveling lots so have been buying e-sim rather then a physical sim. When I delete that e-sim this is what is left on my phone. (what you see above is the exact line I want to go away, if possible) The line items I mentioned above. I have about 10 of these deleted sims that somehow I would like to delete. Anyone else have this issue?
