I can play music and videos and hear them through the speakers. But, during a phone call, I get no sound from the speakers even though the icon is showing white (enabled).
I made no changes to settings - it just started suddenly. Any steps to get this corrected will be very much appreciated because I can’t stand having to hold my phone to my ear.
