iPhone Storage Nearly Maxed

"iPhone Storage Nearly Maxed: Hi, I have an iPhone, and recently my storage has nearly maxed and it’s causing me loads of frustration and some lag with certain things I utilize the phone for. [...]What is taking up 50 gb still??? Is me deleting 150 some pictures and 50 videos not enough? I've already searched to see if some specific document was taking up lots of space but, nope."

Troubleshooting iPhone Storage:

OK. So, what's the solution? Providing that may help many, for certain. Found it on a link? If so, please provide it for reference.

"I didn’t reference anything, just messed around! But, for some reason my iCloud photo transfers were still transferring photos I was deleting so I restarted the syncing process and the Photos app storage went back to normal. Not sure if this was a glitch, but thankfully that fixed it"

Transferring Phots Stalling:

The transfer can stall due to overheating, or times that you deleted in the transfer queue. As for it going back to normal, I assume you mean that the storage meet your expectations, is that correct?
