How to update AOL app with family organizer's billing info?

When I try to update AOL says there is a billing problem with a family member's previous purchase. Ask the family organizer to updte theri billing info.

The family mgr is my husband. George Carden Jr. My husband us seriously ill and in the hospital.

I need to use Susan Carden to update her AOL APP using her email and password.

Please advise.
