Why is my Apple iMac keep saying recovery server can not be contacted

Please re-write your question after reading Writing an effective Apple Support Communities Question. We have absolutely zero idea what iMac you own or the version of Mac OS installed and have no mind reading abilities to know exactly what you have (or have not) done or what is installed on the computer.
