The issue you’re describing could be the result of your payment method (credit/debit card) being compromised. The card(s) are now being used to purchase goods and/or services from Apple. The scammers purchased subscriptions and they are more difficult to cancel.
Review the information below and if you can’t find any subscriptions linked to your Apple Account (formerly Apple ID) contact the fraud department at the bank that issued the card(s). Use the phone number printed on the back of the card. You should also inform the bank’s support team member that you suspect the charges are for subscriptions.

Charges display per item. Receipts or statements sent by Apple may display multiple items as a single purchase. Purchases generally are taxable and you must take that into consideration.
