Mac charger blinking after mac got wet.

I accidentally got my mac more than a little wet, but it was working fine. however, when i went to go and charge it, the magsafe charger would blink red instead of charging. now it’s dead and i have no way of restarting it. does anyone know how i can solve this?

MacBook Air, macOS 15.0

Yes, two things:


  1. Immediately stop using your MacBook Air and completely remove it from power.
  2. Make a Genius Bar appointment at your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to have them take a look (no cost) and provide you with your options. Alternately, you can contact Apple Support directly and arrange to ship your laptop to Apple directly for service.
