Recurring iCloud verification error on Windows 11 with multiple duplicate devices
I am encountering a recurring verification error when attempting to sign in to iCloud on my Windows 11 computer. I am confident that my password is correct because entering an incorrect one results in a different error message:
Incorrect password: "Verification Failed: Your Apple Account or password is incorrect."
Correct password: "Verification Failed: This action could not be completed. Please try again later."
Additionally, when I access my Apple account's device management page through a browser, I notice that my Windows 11 device appears nine times, under the same name i see iPhone once but windows 8 times.
I have already tried signing out of iCloud and signing back in, but the issue persists but only on the iCloud program. If I use a browser, it works fine. Could you please provide guidance on resolving this?
