Is a 7-day return policy normal for Apple products in the Philippines?

Hi Apple Community I'm from the philippines and I just bought an Iphone. Been using the phone for the last 5days and FaceID won't work anymore, I think it is already broken. I talked to the store where I purchased it and they told me that they don't have a 7days return policy, is that normal? that the Apple company accept this kind of 3rd party vendors? and after hearing that I sent it to service center and service center told me that only some of the parts will be replaced and will not replace with a fresh and working new one. Is this normal? or should I raised this concern since it bothers me that I will have a repair history even though I freshly bought it for 5days? ONLY!

Please use the link below to see if the retailer is authorized by Apple,

Find Locations - Apple (PH)

You may need to change city. I entered Manila just to give you a starting point.

What’s printed on a bag is irrelevant. You can have whatever you want printed on a bag but it doesn’t make it so.
