iCloud data isn't syncing

In my settings, there is an error that says “some iCloud data isn't syncing”. When i tap to resume, it asks for my iphone password, then my ipod touch password. When i input the ipod code, it gives me the error, “Something Went Wrong Enter your iPod touch passcode again.” When I enter the code again, i get the same error Every single time.
