Hi, I'm using the NRC app on my watch ultra but I don't understand how to avoid the screen with only time when running. I'd like to see only the NRC app data on display.

Did you try to change the settings for Return to Clock to Return to App?

I've checked but that option is on Return to app now. it is checked the option " turn to app" with active session too
Did you check, if the Nike Running App supports showing the actual data via internal settings?
Can you see the actual data if you use the default Apple Workout Outdoor Run?
