Why do spots appear in photos in different places under artificial light? It's as if the iPhone is trying to correctly determine the colors, and it can't. You need to take a lot of photos to get a normal photo. The last photo is ok, but for some reason the others are not.

Without knowledge of the original subject scene, it is hard to be sure which spots are not supposed to be there. That said, I'll only make a general remark.
Photographing scenes that include bright light sources using complex lenses can be tricky, as the lenses can be subject to internal reflections. Some of the spots in some of your sample photos look like they could be internal reflections, but it is hard to be sure.
