How do I fix 'Battery not recognised' on iPhone?
My phone keeps shutting off saying battery not recognised but I haven’t put in the shop I got it brand new from eye last year

You need to make an appointment at the Apple Store / Genius Bar or take the phone to an authorized Apple service shop to get the phone checked, tested and repaired.
