How do I update macOS Sierra 10.12.6 and browsers on my iMac?

After my move, I have finally pulled my macOS Sierra version 10.12.6, but keep running into the problem that I need to update my browsers... But I am unable to find and update.

A Firefox Extended Support Release could perhaps be of interest.

"Note: If you are using Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, or macOS

10.12, 10.13 or 10.14, then please download ESR 115 in order to use

Firefox."

Correct, Sierra does not support any modern web browsers except iCab and Waterfox.

Omniweb stopped support in Sierra, and could very well be out of date to current security standards.
