How can I stop my Apple Watch from ticking?

My apple watch series 7 keeps ticking like an analogue wrist watch while i am wearing it it does disappear sometimes but after some time ticking starts which is too distracting and disturbing. I need help with this issue my taptic time is off, searched for the issue on internet and still no solution for the problem.
