Purchased film not showing up in TV App Library on iPhone SE

I’ve purchased several movies throughout the years that show up in the Apple TV app library on my Samsung TV and my MacBook Pro, but the Library tab in the TV app on my phone maintains there are no purchases. Even when I buy a movie within the app on my iPhone, it appears on all devices except the iPhone itself.

I can navigate to the movie in the store and download or stream it, but the Library itself remains empty. I have no hidden movies and have already logged in and out several times. The movies do show up in my recent purchase history on iOS, but not in the iOS app of the library that plays them. It makes no sense.
