When I send an email the receiver sees my email instead of my name in the “sender” box. I have named the account and that used to fix it. Example: They see: careyabc@icloud.com instead of Carey ABC in the sender box. Please help!

Having the EXACT same problem and it's driving me nuts. I've attempted help from Microsoft over the last year on many occasions with no help. If anyone has had any luck, please share! My terrible employer won't let us just use the native app, so this is the bane of my digital professional existence
Please let me clarify. I only have this problem using Outlook with my iCloud email address. Outlook support says I don’t have it correct somewhere on iCloud.
