Apple CarPlay not working anymore

My Apple CarPlay is not working in my Chevy 2024 equinox I have an iPhone 16 Pro. It’s been working no problem for two weeks and now all of a sudden it don’t freaking work. I can’t find anything on how to fix this thing and I don’t understand I wanna throw this phone out the window.
