Unable to connect my iPhone 16 to CarPlay

Apple is not taking accountability that iPhone 16 does not work with car play

I tried 5 x with support and going to the Apple Store

I have two different vehicle that both worked before upgrading to iPhone 16 I tried a different cord costing 30.00 from the Apple Store nothing works

I can’t get maps, phone calls or music in the vehicle

I cannot go hands free with this phone

should I downgrade?
