Empty folders appearing in iCloud

I had this problem suddenly in end Dec 2024. Empty folders suddenly appearing in iCloud. And as all my devices are synced, all these folders started appearing. My existing folders seems to be corrupted too. I have called Apple since January and I was bounced from one agent to another agent. And my call was ended twice by two agents because I was trying to explain to them and they think I was shouting to them. [And btw, the link from an agent lasted only 2 weeks. After that you cant contact the agent anymore.]

One thing I noticed is that the folders that got corrupted are my working files, and I used Windows compatible PC. My personal files which I work on using my Mac seems to be fine.

So I dont know what I am going to solve this empty folders mystery. Please help. Thanks.
