Can I keep WhatsApp data on both iPhones with the same Apple Account while resetting my new iPhone?

I have a few confusion on the both iPhone that share a same iCloud and Apple Account ID.

1. My both iPhones are using the same Apple Account. I actually wanted to keep the Whatsapp data, chats, media in my both iPhones. Other than that, I want my new iPhone stay as a new phone. But I have synchronised in the beginning in which I am scared to reset my new iPhone or Signout my Apple Account from my new iPhone. I scare it will lose data from both of my phones. Is there any ways that I can keep my WhatsApp history on new iPhone, but deleting the photos or videos from my new iPhone only (but stay in my old iPhone) ? If I make a new apple account to my new iPhone, will all my existing app be removed, especially my WhatsApp's data will be gone too?
