My phone is up to date but my notes app does not have the paperclip so I can attach. The ability to attach is also not available via the clipboard. Please help!

Hello!
When you open a New Note, you should either see a paper clip, or a grey plus sign, which will open the menu of options, including the paper clip. If you see something different, please provide a screenshot.
