epub from IngramSpark has mistakes

I uploaded my e-galley copy of my e-pub on IngramSpark and it has mistakes in it. IngramSpark told me they re-broadcasted the e-galley a few weeks ago but the mistakes are still there in my e-pub. What do I do? Please help. Thanks for your time!!
