Windows 11, iTunes 12.13.6.1, and iPad 18.3.2 Fail to Sync

"The iPad could not be synced because the session failed to start."


So, I have rebooted both devices, re-authorized my iTunes, tried several different cables (all of which have worked previously). Also, I was able to back-up the iPad from iTunes so I think that means data is being transferred between the devices. Just can't figure out why it won't sync...

Faced same problem with current itunes update 12.13.6.1 in win11. So, replaced itunes with the older version of itunes from apple’s archive ver. 12.10.11.2 which is latest available before the current version. It worked for me and will continue using it till new update is available from apple.
