Received an email with an App Store link to add a ticket I had purchased to my apple wallet
Opened it on iPad and stupidly pressed ADD
Now when I try to add it to wallet on my phone it says I need to delete from other device first, which I can’t do cos there isn’t actually a wallet on my ipad
Any ideas please

Third option worked
So open the email on your iPhone and tap the link and add it to your Wallet on iPhone.
If that doesn’t work, have you looked in your account on the issuers website, or mobile app? Many issues allow you to remove tickets that way.
A third option is to log out of your Apple ID on your iPad. All secure items in your Apple Wallet should be removed after restarting your device.
