Deleted Passwords from Notes Folder

I inadvertently deleted my passwords from my notes folder and have not been able to retrieve them. They are on my iPhone 16 pro max, the instructions are “go to upper left hand corner and click, recently deleted should come, select the note you want to recover and then move it back to your desired folder”. Thanks for any help you can offer.

Is it possible that you deleted the note more than 30 days ago? They will only remain in the Recently Deleted folder for 30 days.

As far as troubleshooting is concerned, normal user troubleshooting includes powering the device off and then back on again, test. If that does not work, the next step is to Force Restart the iPhone. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support, test. If that does not work, the next 2 steps are restores. You can restore from your latest backup, and the final restore is to restore to factory and setup as new. Also, if you have an email account that also holds notes, make sure that you have them turned on to make sure you are seeing all of those notes.
