iTunes iPhone 15 not working

New iPhone 15 running iOS 18 and iTunes v12 on Win 11 not working with new usb-c belkin cable. I get the ‘Trust’ message and folders and can see the iPhone so I know I have connectivity.

Solution: From ms store, download and install ‘Apple Devices’ and ‘Apple Music’ app. Important: Go to Settings > Music and set Sync library OFF.

Reboot laptop, power on/off phone, under windows go to Apple Devices and Backup/Sync. Use new ‘Apple Music’ app and delete ITunes app.
