why are my airpods taking so long to get here

I ordered AirPods Pro 2 on the 16th of march and they shipped on the 18th and I got a tracking number and it was moving very quick but now hasn’t moved since the 20th after leaving Sydney and I don’t know why they were also supposed to be here on the 24th and today is the 26th all I’ve heard from apple is an email saying that my order will be delayed 2 business days two days ago.
