Apple Cash Cleared Payments to Unknown

How do I get more information or dispute Apple cash payments, which does not show in my Apple Account current subscription. Money is taken for my apple cash with no company information or name. IT only shows as APPLE.COM/BILL and a Transaction ID which is not attached to any of my current or active subscriptions.

Where or what are the steps to stop or manage these types of transaction?

Since we cannot see what you are seeing post a screenshot of what you see on these 2 pages along with the amount of the charge on Apple Cash. It should not contain any personal information and you can also post the transaction history of your Apple Cash if you wish:

A couple of points to note:

The charge you see on Apple Cash will have tax added that does appear in your Purchase History/Subscriptions.
The Transaction ID does not match to a particular subscription.
Smaller purchases in a short period of time can be bundled into a single charge
The purchase date seen on your card may be posted a couple of days after the charge.
