I was on instagram and and the “scammer” contacted me into making money together so I took a look at his page to check he had clients to vouch for him that he’s legit but it came to be fake but I made a mistake sending him money to get the prize he took all my money 500$

All Apple can do is tell you to NEVER send money to someone you do not know. The only person you would ever send Apple Cash to is someone that would send the money back to you if you ask them. That is not going to be someone you met on Social Media.
Chalk it up as a lesson learned. If you want to complain to someone, then that would be Meta for allowing these scammers on their service. Social Media is full of scams and they work because people fall for them.

I don't know what you expect anyone here to do. Or Apple. You did what would be exactly the same as handing some stranger $500 in cash, and then ran off with it.
