Hi, I work for myself and have an assistant who needs access as above. How can I enable this without sharing my Apple ID and password?
Can I set up another Apple account for her to use? Would I also be able to be logged into my original account at the same time as her and would I be able to swap easily between accounts? I’d still need to access the iCal, the email and the files. Thank you

You can share a calendar if you both have an Apple Account:

Contacts are trickier. You can export your entire contact list and send it to someone. However, that won't keep it updated. You'd have to that manually.

Apple ID’s and iCloud’s Are only ment for one person at a time they are not ment for sharing you can make her an Apple ID then she can have her own iCloud
