Apple Music Access Issue on Family Share
Initially, we had 3 devices on our family share plan, sharing Apple Music, iCloud, and other apps. However, we recently added an iPhone 7SE and an iPhone 1, and they haven't been able to access Apple Music for the past few months. I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, including:
- Signing out of iCloud and Apple Music
- Restarting the iPhones
- Removing and re-adding the devices to the family plan
- Confirm with the family organizer (Nara) that Apple Music was shared with the new device (Jacklinny) (see attached images)
NB: Image 1 shows that the family organizer (Nara) has shared Apple Music with the new device (Jacklinny), but Image 2 shows that the new device (Jacklinny) still can’t access Apple Music.
