New song bought from iTunes will not add to playlist.

It's in the library. When I try to add it to the playlist it says "Cloud Music Library can only contain songs from your Cloud Music Library.


If you continue, "Cleaning 1" (the name of the playlist) will be removed from your Cloud Music Library and will only be available on this computer"


I purchased the song over 24hrs ago, above the song it says "Loading your Cloud Library. This may take several minutes."


I have signed in and out, rebooted etc.. nothing, Mac air 2020 Sequoia 15.3.2
