In most cases subscription are not refunded, but you can try here:

In order to start a subscription, it requires you to double click the side button with the amount showing on the screen, followed by authorizations with FaceID/Passcode. For a free trial, you will see the trial period and subscription, along with the message that you must cancel the free trial at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid the subscription charge. It would be difficult to say that the action was done by accident.
