Antivirus software: Apple, Symantec, and TotalAV

That's a problem.

That entry should resemble exactly the following:

Antivirus software: Apple

... and nothing else.

Fix that problem by uninstalling the junk. Follow their respective uninstallation instructions, assuming you can find them, and that they work.

Time since boot: About 21 days

Uninstalling those products will probably require a reboot, so be sure to do that too.

Moving forward after uninstalling the recommended apps please NEVER EVER install any of the following types of third party apps:

  • Antivirus
  • Cleaning
  • Security
  • VPN
  • Maintenance

Why, simple they are very very bad for Mac OS. Because Mac OS is extremely secure on its own and only needs to be kept up-to-date and restart the Mac about 1x per week. Mac OS does not benefit from any of those types of apps and most users complain with them of slow performance, unstable performance (sound familia), acts buggy . These types of apps can also modify and damage Mac OS. It kind of like you are driving a Ferrari and get the idea of adding a quart of diesel fuel every time you fill up and then wonder why the Ferrari runs terribly!

Uninstall those apps by following the developers instructions and then provide a new EtreCheck report so we can review and look to see they are totally gone. If there are parts left behind which is possible we can tell you what to do to get rid of them but first try the developers uninstall instructions.
