"shortcut says home doesn't contain any HomePods"

I was able to debug and resolve the issue. When I created the shortcuts I used the "My Home" reference for the Home reference. We both have a My Home and apparently the HomePod mini was not consistently available on my SO's instances. I changed the name of the Home to something unique to see if there were multiple homes with different support? I had shared the shortcuts and when I reviewed them after the Home name change only a few of the references within each shortcut was migrated to the new Home name rather than My Home. Once I corrected all instances to the new Home name the shortcuts worked on all her devices and the HomePod mini. This wasn't intuitive and I think this is a bug with the consistency of the Homes being used, but I am just happy that I was able to test and debug the Apple environment for them. Until I changed the Home reference it was not clear what Home instance was actually being used? If you share resources in a Home I would suggest that you rename the Home to something unique so that you can verify the instances being used. They really should be making a better investment in testing and debugging their solutions, IMHO.
