How do I recover missing diamonds in BIGO Live?

On march 25,2025 I recharge $59.99=2500 diamonds I gifted 400 diamonds and went to sleep on march 26,2026 I looked at my BIGO live wallet and say 0 diamonds and then I looked at my item bag and all my gifts were gone after about 15 minutes I gifts came back into my item bag. But my remaining 2110diamonds never did,I don’t if I’ve been hacked or some errors with BIGO I’ve been emailing the feedback center and was just told to look at my recharge history and I did but didn’t see anything wrong. Don’t see any record of them being deducted or gifted to anyone. They just disappeared. Getting no real help from BIGO live
