Wallet Apple Pay Disabled cause of security !

I have tried the trick of adding an additional user and then adding the cards. This fixes the problem. Then once I reboot my MacBook Pro the problem on my profile comes back. Is there more intensive step. Or something else you can do ? I don’t really wanna have to erase my whole computer. I’m pretty tech savvy so I have no problem using terminal. This trick of adding a user and then deleting it doesn’t fix it for me and I really wish it did !

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 15.4

Do you have an admin account called test? If so use it and if not create one and reboot the machine.

log into test and add a payment method to Wallet.

Log out of test account

log into old user account

Got to Wallet and start to add a card.

A warning should pop up. It basically says you’re going to delete the other users wallet.

Agree to continue and add card to your original account.

Confrm card was added

reboot and test

Success

I created a user called test.

I then tried to add the cards on the test user but didn’t actually do it.

I went back to my original profile. It now said that another user set up wallet and that I needed to reset it. I did that on my original profile. It let me set up. It worked. I deleted the test user. I then used my Mac. Apple Pay worked for hours. I rebooted my Mac. It didn’t work. Same error. Did the same steps. It worked. Then again stopped with reboot.

It does fix it and I followed your instructions. It stops working after reboot. Meaning as soon as I reboot the Mac it’s back to saying the security issue. If I try something else meaning if I try keeping the profile instead of deleting the test profile and then log back into that and then switch back to my original profile it works again. However after every reboot it stops working. I have verified SIP is enabled, and full security is on. It keeps failing though each reboot.
